Hello Drumline parents,

As a member of the Minerva Drumline your students have been invited to take part in the first of hopefully many, Malvern Drumline Showcase. This event will take place on Saturday November, 5th. Students are to have their drums and harnesses packed up the day before this event (Friday November, 4th.) 

On the day of the showcase students are to arrive at the Minerva High School band room no earlier than 4:30. The buses are going to arrive at 4:45. As soon as the bus and trailer are loaded we will depart for Malvern High School. When we arrive at Malvern the participants are being treated to a spaghetti dinner where they will eat and be given the opportunity to mingle with other drumlines. The show begins at 6:15, and we encourage anyone and everyone to attend. Tickets are $5 a person, and kids 5 and under get in for free. My guess is that the showcase will be over around 8pm, which puts our arrival back to Minerva High School around 8:30pm. We will have students reach out to you once we have departed Malvern.
