2020 Solo & Ensemble
Select high school students will be performing solos and small and ensembles at the 2020 OMEA Solo & Ensemble event held at Massillon High School on Saturday, January 18th. Friends and family are encouraged to attend, admission is free. Performers please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled performance time.
Concert Band Pictures – Jan 29
Group pictures for Symphonic Band and Wind Symphony will be taking place Wednesday, January 29th during band periods. Students should come prepared to dress into their band uniforms that day.
Don’t forget to wear black socks!
No Jazz Band
The jazz band will not be performing at the game this weekend. Have a great break!
Christmas Parade Saturday
Marching band students will meet at 2:15 at the high school for the Christmas Parade this Saturday. Students can wear jeans and we’ll be wearing the storm coats
Pie Pickup Today
Pie orders are in!! Pick up is tonight between 5-7pm. Arrangements can be made to be there earlier but not later. Any pies not picked up will be left in the band room unsupervised. Thank you!

Due to the heavy rain forecasted, the band will not be marching tonight.
One more week of marching band practices
Next week will be the last week of during-the-school-day marching band practices. The following week band students should follow their school schedules and report to either 5th period Symphonic Band or 6th period Wind Symphony.
