Parent volunteers are needed to sell programs at home varsity basketball games. Volunteers would need to be at the school no later than 5:30pm and would work until half-time of the varsity game or sold out (whichever comes first). Games still needing volunteers are listed below highlighted in yellow. If interested please contact Lisa Ray.

The 2018 High School Solo and Ensemble Adjudicated Event will be hosted at Massillon High School on Saturday, January 20th. Student soloists should have their $38 fee turned into the band office no later than the last day of classes before break to be registered (12/18/17). Ensemble fees are paid courtesy of Minerva Band Boosters.

Reminder: marching band students will be meeting for the Christmas Parade tomorrow at 2:15pm in the band room. Dress is jeans and the band stormcoats. Santa hats are encouraged 🙂

Group pictures for Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony, Jazz Band and Band Seniors will take place at MHS at 11am on Thursday, January 25th. Students will need black shoes and black socks with them to be worn with their uniform on that day. Please reserve this date.

**Students absent from school on this day and miss the picture will NOT appear in the group picture that also appears in the yearbook.

Our senior recognition night will take place at our next home varsity football game Friday, October 27th. Seniors should meet with their parents at the stadium entrance near the auxillary gym at 5:45pm that night. Pictures will be available for purchase from Dunlap Photography.

The weekly marching band dress rehearsal will take place tomorrow from 5:30-6:15pm.
