2017-18 Audition Information

All students participating in marching band, jazz band or a concert band next year need to complete an audition by the end of this current school year.  Most of these will be taking place 5th and 6th periods during band periods the week of May 22.

R.G. Drage students should pick up an audition packet and sign up for an afterschool audition time in the Minerva High School main office. Students will not be permitted to participate in any ensemble without first completing an audition. 

*Also new for 2017-18, all Minerva marching band members will be required to submit to mandatory drug screenings similar to that of MHS Athletics and Cheerleading.

Saturday, March 11th, 2017
Noon – Change into uniforms and load
12:30pm – Depart MHS
1:58pm – Warmup begins at Lake High School
2:30pm – CONTEST PERFORMANCE
3:05pm – Sight-reading
3:35pm – Visit concession stands and wait for rating
4:00pm – Depart
4:45pm – Return to MHS

Disney Practices *UPDATED*

Practices for students attending the Disney trip will take place at the following times. Times have been updated to give more time for Drage students to arrive.
